Hatribuna for Participatory Leadership

Most of us want to make a difference in our environment. We would like an environment that better suits our values and our point of view. To do this we need to work with more people, in complex and multi-player systems. In our day-to-day work as professionals with hundreds of people and with many leaders, we find that there are a number of recurring questions in various areas of work: How do we get out of a stuck situation? How do we deal with the ego and politics within the organization? How do we give an answer to young people? How do I enable professional development for my people? How do we make ourselves accessible to a variety of people? How do I get my people involved? How do I create a sense of belonging? The practical tools of the participatory approach offer a wide range of solutions to these questions, which can be adapted to different situations and needs. We see ourselves as part of a global movement, a movement that implements social technologies – technologies that offer a new way of doing things. Who we are? We are a group of professionals from different and diverse fields, gathered together out of a deep desire for a broad change in social spaces. We believe that in order to enjoy the knowledge revolution, we must evolve the ways in which we organize ourselves in communities, teams, organizations. In addition we operate a community space for anyone who wants to be part of a growing group of people who adopt and operate the approach. “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Gandhi HaTribuna (The Tribune) is an emerging organization during its founding period, we establish the Tribune as a participatory organization, practice all the tools on ourselves and invent new ones, we have a deep sense of shared mission, shared ownership. Each of us runs our own business. We just enjoy the journey, and the added value that the collaboration between us creates.
