HAV Shipping AS is a Norwegian limited holding company focusing on Short Sea shipping. As a fully integrated shipping company HAV Shipping comprices: * HAV Bulk AS - a ship owning unit * HAV Chartering AS - a full chartering operation, and * HAV Ship Management AS - a full technical management and crewing operation. These three units cooperate closely in order to meet the groups’ common objective: - to satisfy our customers. HAV Chartering AS is an expert provider of chartering services for the dry bulk market in the 2-10.000tons size. Its experienced team has built a strong reputation for high performance and efficiency. The company currently operates 17 short sea/river vessels from 2100 to 3,500 DWCC with single box hold. HAV Chartering utilises a growing fleet of interchangeable sister ships, an extensive agents network, and our dedicated technical management and crewing unit to ensure cost efficient, high-quality, on-time delivery of all types of cargo to markets in Europe, the Mediterranean and Atlantic Basin. HAV Ship Management AS is established to deliver ship/crew management and support services to the HAV Group and its business partners. HAV Ship Management main focus is the sea–river segment. These vessels require efficient and well organized maintenance due to North Sea voyage conditions, frequent port calls and diversity of bulk/project cargoes.
