Meet our co-founders, Raghav Sikka and Sooruj Gupta: Born in the US, raised in India, and a student in London, for 9 years and running, Raghav has been conceptualizing and leading culturally relevant brand campaigns for the likes of Uniqlo, Audi, Tim Hortons, Nike, Red Bull, and many more. From working at ideas@work, Mumbai and Wieden Kennedy, Delhi to Havas, New York, and JWT, New York, he is a Creative Director (Copywriter) who writes through the lens of the brand strategy. He believes in building brands instead of making run-of-the-mill ad campaigns. Currently, he is also the founder of Knotty Rugs (knotty.in), an online rug store for the Indian market. Sooruj Gupta comes from a background of consulting in Real estate working with industry leaders such as “Knight Frank London”. Sooruj has marketing experience in hotel and private residences having worked with luxury “Six senses resorts“. Sooruj has consulted for these sectors in Australia, Thailand , India , Malaysia, UAE , Germany and London. He has 15 years experience across these exciting markets with a Bachelor of business administration & Masters of business Marketing & a MBA.
