Havens Consulting is a search firm that specializes in placing partners, groups, counsel and associates with international, regional and boutique law firms. We do both retained and contingency searches. In addition to opening up new offices for law firms, we also place attorneys in-house including General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel roles. We prioritize strong client relationships and strive to foster an environment of trust and collaboration. Based out of Texas for the past 26 years, our team of experts are well connected in the Dallas, Houston, Austin, Fort Worth and San Antonio markets. However, our scope is national and we have recently represented attorneys in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Atlanta, Washington DC, Chicago, Seattle & California.
