Havhøst works to promote regenerative ocean cultivation by setting up blue community gardens and by inspiring small scale commercial cultivation of seaweed, mussels and oysters. Formally established as an organisation in 2013, Havhøst now has thousands of members and an extensive partner programme as well as funding from the public and private sector.
