Handicraft & Wood Industry Association of HCMC – HAWA was established as a Non-Governmental Organization and volunteer Association in 1991. HAWA recently has over 600 company members – operating in the following fields: 55% Wood processing: indoor and outdoor furniture company Woodworking Machinery & Tools; 30% Handicraft member; 15% Trading & Services. HAWA annually organize 3 exhibitions/ trade fairs and virtual showroom platform: VIFA HOME, VIFA EXPO and VIFA GU, HOPEFAIRS.COM Services: - Organizing trade fairs, training courses, competitions, conferences… - Representing and defending legitimate interests of the members. - Providing members with up-dated and useful information on timber sourcing, markets, technology and business opportunities. - Establishment of contacts with international & national business associations. - B2B matching with Vietnam furniture & handicraft manufacturers has become easier than ever with HOPE. Created and developed by HAWA, HOPE is the first “made in Vietnam” online platform for exhibition where international buyers could easily connect and choose the most appropriate suppliers.
