Haworth Castings is an aluminium and copper based casting foundry and machining centre located in Romsey and Basingstoke, Hampshire. The business is led by Lachlan Buirds who took over as Managing Director from Andrew Haworth in June 2019. We specialise in producing fully machined, tested and finished sand and gravity-die castings to the defence, aviation, marine, medical, energy, automotive and safety-critical industries, providing a fully owned and controlled single-source solution for our customers. In 2007, Investacast was acquired by Expromet Technologies Group, a privately-owned foundry group that also owns Haworth Castings, a leading sand and gravity die casting and machining company, and Metaltech Precision, a leading manufacturer of CNC machined components. Expromet harnesses the capabilities of a group of complementary businesses to deliver world class engineering solutions on a global basis.
