Thoughtfully leveraging our operational and advisory experience along with our broad professional network across the innovation ecosystem to make 'needle in the haystack' contributions to the companies and people we choose to work with. • Facilitate introductions of compelling startups to relevant angel/venture investors & corporate partners; make customer and candidate referrals to a select group of law firms. • Provide comprehensive feedback to enterprise tech startup founders to help make their investor and customer pitch decks compelling to their intended audiences; help founders better articulate & test their hypotheses about the market, customers, and competitive differentiation. • Advise enterprise AI startups on time-to-value-focused product/service strategies, creative strategies to identify enterprise early-adopters, and various aspects of go-to-market preparedness. • Consult with industry research firms on factors that impact successful enterprise AI adoption, e.g., time to value, viable business models, etc. • Have built a robust professional network across the startup ecosystem over the years: founders, venture investors, accelerators, venture studios, academic programs powering new ventures, analyst firms covering private markets, startup ecosystem executives at the major public cloud providers, and patent law firms.
