Haystack Ventures is a New York-based private equity fund focused on distressed residential REO in Spain. Since 2014, we have purchased REO portfolios from banks at substantial discounts to their fair market value and liquidated them generating considerable profits. We buy discounted properties targeted for fast resale at substantial profits, thereby decreasing both market and business risk, increasing returns, and protecting investors from capital loss. We partner with Spain’s best service providers who under our management execute all on-the-ground logistics involved with purchases, repairs, and sales of properties in the portfolios.
