(March 11, 2025) Aerial, a dominant aviation survivability and technical sewing solution leader in the United States, in combination with Argosy Private Equity of Wayne, PA, a decades-long leader in the lower middle market private equity space, announced the acquisition of Hazard Protection Systems (HPS). Founded in 2006, HPS provides patented passive Fuel Tank Fire Suppression (“FTFS”) systems for Military combat, tactical, and other specialty vehicles. FTFS kits are designed for thwarting combustion from coring threats (IED, RPG, EFP) and from vehicular collusion.
