Our first product, the HazTracker, helps oilfield production chemical companies drive operational efficiencies by providing real-time data on their tanks and pumps in the field. This data helps them eliminate the need to check tanks manually while allowing them to quickly respond to issues with their equipment as they happen. With HazTrack, oilfield chemical providers eliminate unnecessary site visits, have faster month-end inventory consolidations, and minimize lost sales due to pump failures.
The HazTracker sensor is a wireless, intrinsically-safe remote tank monitor. It mounts inside a chemical tank and measures level with an optical sensor, ensuring no contact with the fluid in the tank occurs. Our sensor can report tank level, pump rate, temperature, GPS location and impact events to our customers via the cellular network. This data can be sent directly to their inventory management system via an API or accessed via a web dashboard for monitoring purposes. The HazTracker is certified Class 1 Division 1 (C1D1) intrinsically safe for all North America and communicates over the LTE-M cellular network.
