Hello! We are Anjali and Gorang Kothari. We've been married for over three decades and have been fortunate to live a healthy, successful, and wholesome life. Following our own experience, we began assisting people in reaching their full potential through a healthy lifestyle. This extended beyond just diet and exercise. We got motivated to pursue this when we overcame our challenges and came out victorious. - Anjali's family suffers from diabetes and she was sure that one day she would face it too. But thanks to her healthy habits, she was able to get away with it. - As for Gorang's family, they all suffered from hypertension and died young. In this case, he had the same health problems. They are working hard and at this point Gorang is healthy and all his reports are normal. Many such health challenges came and went and we were able to handle with very less medical support. We've been in the wellness coaching for 22 years.
