HBA Trust | De Kempen is a young, dynamic and above all licensed (since 2005) trust office and successfully renders trust, corporate and management services for over 15 years now. As of January 1, 2019 HBA Trust has joined forces with De Kempen, a regulated and licensed trust office that started as a spinoff of a midsized tax and accountancy firm (Wesselman Accountants|Adviseurs). As part of HBA Trust’s ambition to expand business, to increase our ability to render tailor made solutions to our respected clients, to cope with all corporate governance requirements and to preserve the (legally) required independency, the HBA-group has acquired De Kempen. HBA Trust and De Kempen are blended into one team sharing the same values and ambitions. Our services comprise: Company setup services, Management services, Domiciliation, Administration and taking care of the day-to-day management.
