As of January 1, 2019 HBA Trust has joined forces with De Kempen, a regulated and licensed trust office that started as a spinoff of a midsized tax and accountancy firm (Wesselman Accountants|Adviseurs). As part of HBA Trust’s ambition to expand business, to increase our ability to render tailor made solutions to our respected clients, to cope with all corporate governance requirements and to preserve the (legally) required independency, the HBA-group has acquired De Kempen.
