HBCU IMPACT is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, created to attract, educate and employ students at Historically Black colleges and universities into careers in insurance, risk management, financial services and law. We started in 2018 at Morehouse by sponsoring one student who showed interest in a career in the insurance industry. In 2019 we continued with establishing formal programming by way of our on campus Insurance Institutes. In 2020, we powered through the COVID pandemic with online programming to reach more schools and enable our industry sponsors and partners to promote their brands in the HBCU community.
