Traditional, pasture-raised, heritage pork from the country fields of Jefferson County, WI. We bring pride, taste and quality back to our home chef and restaurant clients. HB Slakter is a natural pork company that is bringing together objectives we feel are essential to the consumers, restaurants and markets who want great-tasting, heritage-breed, healthy pork. 1. We're bringing the love of naturally raising healthy pigs on wild pastures with wild forage into our livestock and pork offering. 2. We're raising only heritage breed pigs. Berkshire, Hampshire, Duroc and others based on the evolving needs of our consumers and pig health and environment. 3. We're a family farm traditionally raising our pigs, traditionally doing business and offering a healthy, traditional cut of pork that we hope people fall in love with. We know we have! 4. We’re doing everything we can to be business-friendly. We believe restaurants, markets and more want to offer the healthiest, tastiest pork to their customers but are often prevented from doing so because small farms like ours are often difficult to do business with. We are doing everything we can to accommodate business who are committed to getting healthy pork in the hands and on the plates of their customers.
