In China, we produce over 50% of the HSS rolls and more than 80% of the KOCKS rings.
We specialize in suitable for different production conditions of high speed steel rolls, KOCKS mill roll rings, PSM mill roll rings, seamless steel tube mill roll rings, cantilever mill roll rings, high speed wire rod pre-finishing mill stand roll rings, pinch roll rings, section steel finishing mill roll rings, and other high speed steel series products, equipped with a total comprehensive annual production capacity of high speed steel rolls and roll rings up to 15,000 tons. We have built two casting production lines, two heat treatment lines, two roll processing lines and two roll ring processing lines. The monthly production of high speed steel rolls exceeds 1200 pcs, and that of various high speed steel roll rings breaks through 1000 pcs. At present, we are the earliest manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of high speed steel rolls and roll rings in China, as well as the largest production scale and the highest market share.
