Founded in mid 80s by EL HABZA brothers, HBZ GROUP has become one of the largest and leading entities in the fishing industry in Morocco . The group is a consortium of 25 affiliated companies specializing in different, yet interlinked sectors. Focusing on the fisheries sector, but extending its activities to transport, real estate, education, shipbuilding and services has been our way of working.
HBZ GROUP has been and still investing considerably at a yearly basis in order to upgrade our equipment, expand our activities and strengthen our position as a leader of this sector. As a result, we are in full control of the supply chain, the value chain and the needed logistics. Such position enabled us to satisfy our clients both on quality and quantities.
Internationally, HBZ GROUP has invested in the building of a freezing plant in Senegal considered to be the first in the country to use automatized systems during production. The sky’s the limit this is the moto of the CEO of HBZ GROUP, Mr. Abderrahim El Habza , who’s in continuous efforts to bring the consortium to a level of excel to not compete at the national level but also to establish a strong foot print at the international level.
