Holistic Consulting Center (HCC)

The SODEGE (Société de Développement Economique et Gestion de l’Environnement was founded in 2005 at Kigali, Rwanda by Lecturers of National Universty of Rwanda. SODEGE, a pioneer in management of Consultancy activities came to be known under the name of the Holistic Consulting Center (HCC) Ltd after registration from RDB at 2010 with TIN : 101971053. Since then the Holistic Consulting Center has grown dramatically in both size and reputation. We first entered the International and particularly the Rwandan market in the mid 2005’s and are now an established market force with an experienced and focused team. HCC has always ranked among the leading firms in the industry, and has successfully completed some of the most challenging and iconic projects in Rwanda. Our ambition and goals for almost a century have always been to deliver quality Services for projects and value for Contract to our clients; our success and reputation today have been testament to this wisdom.
