The Hellenic Centre for Defence Innovation (HCDI SA) is a newly established organization charged with cultivating a robust domestic defence innovation ecosystem capable of fulfilling national defence and security needs. Our vision is to transform Greece into a Centre of Excellence for defence innovation. We are maniacally focused on helping develop dual-use technologies that can fortify our national defence capabilities and drive national economic growth. We bridge startups, scale-ups, SMEs, research centers, Military Academies and established companies and defence industry enterprises with the operational needs of the Hellenic Armed Forces, Security Agencies and Civil Protection, to enable more opportunities and turn ideas into artifact. We support the defence innovation ecosystem through financial and non-financial means, such as funding R&D, investing/co-investing in promising companies, Accelerator and Incubator programs and more.
