HC Mutual Building and Loan Association was established in 1932. We have partnered with thru the years over 800 companies and are presently serving more than 200 companies. It is a wholly owned legal entity of Fountel Corporation – a family of businesses that includes USSC (Universal Storefront Services Corporation), the country’s largest Western Union agent with a branch network of 860 one-stop financial services shops. The Corporation is also a major stakeholder of The Medical City (TMC) Group. It is a company that welcomes members from corporations and other individuals as well. Membership is obtained primarily from employees of accredited companies via a disciplined savings program which renders a rate of return of 3% per annum. It also offers multi-purpose Personal Loans and Home Loans. The personal loans are secured by their savings yet allowing them to keep their savings.
