Hospitality Development Consulting (HDC) provides a comprehensive portfolio of Program and Development Management Services to support project implementation and long-term Owner benefit. Founders Thomas Hoskens, FAIA, LEED and Robert Kelly are nationally-recognized architectural and construction management experts who have collaborated for 30 years in building hospitality and entertainment destinations across the country. Their projects are expertly programmed, delivered on-budget, and designed for long-term value. In 2020 Hoskens and Kelly formed Hospitality Development Consulting LLC—a strategic partnership designed to bring their nationally-recognized expertise directly to Owners.
