We mainly focus on academic work and organizational transformation processes.We teach at the Department of Business and Economics in the degree programs Bachelor and Master Business and Economics. Our main topics include Governance and management of higher education, Academic entrepreneurship, Universities's role in society, Diversity management and Professional organisations' management.
