HDI Philly is an organization of support professionals dedicated to sharing knowledge, lessons learned, tools, and methodologies used to provide outstanding technology support. HDI Philly is the professional organization of choice for IT Service and Support professionals in the Philadelphia Region. ThinkHDI (http://www.thinkhdi.com) is the largest membership organization for the IT Service and Support Industry in the world. HDI Philly serves the tri-state region of southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware and is consistently one of the top 5 chapters in the country in total members as well as the total number of attendees at our meetings and special events.
