Overview HD Leasing (formerly known as Guardian Company) is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company that was established in 2010 under the investment guarantees law numbers 8 and 159 for years 1997 and 1981, respectively for the purpose of performing leasing activities and services. The company has started to officially operate and offer its leasing services to its clients in 2018. Moreover, the company’s name has been changed to HD Leasing according to the General Assembly meeting decree on December 16th, 2017 and the new commercial name was registered in the commercial register on January 23rd, 2018.
