Human Development Organization Our Story HDO started and grew out of the international demand for Filipino crew. Since 2010, we have been finding, training, and matching the right talent for positions onboard cruise ships, superyachts, cargo vessels, and oil and chemical tankers. Because of our track record in the hospitality and technical industries, we have also gained the trust of local brands to partner with us in fulfilling their business needs.
