Pinola BLiSS effectively separates black liquor from kraft soap removing the unwanted soap from the black liquor stream to the recovery boiler thereby increasing the recovery boiler capacity and reducing evaporator fouling. Pinola TOPP, our continuous tall oil production plant, increases available tall oil yield and quality. This is achieved due to our patented dynamic tall oil mixers, specific temperature and pH control which greatly increases the efficiency of the acidulation and splitting stages ensuring complete chemical reaction at near stoichiometric balance.
