Head Held High's mission is to empower individuals to become a true product of themselves and not their past, limiting self-beliefs, environment, or financial circumstances. Through highly interactive and motivational workshops, programmes, and interactive presentations, we aim to enable young people and vulnerable adults to become the best versions of themselves. Our high-quality support and encouragement builds self-esteem, emotional resilience, improved well-being, and increased vocational opportunities. We aim for our participants to feel the change on the inside in order to make the changes on the outside. Head Held High adheres to the values of encouraging and enabling each person to take full responsibility for their lives. We believe that it is so important to instil in each individual the preciousness of their lives, and how obstacles, challenges, and hardships can either pull you back or be the fuel that pushes you forward. This helps our participants become the creator of their own lives and manifest a new story and narrative. Our confidence through comedy course "Stand up for yourself" has proved extremely successful in enabling individuals to transform their anxiety and fear into motivated action. We aim to continue working in partnership with the charity Mind, and expand our working partnership to other mental health organisations connecting with and inspiring young and older people with common mental health issues. Head Held High aims to spread its great work London-wide and to all the major UK cities. The work of Head Held High is funding-dependent, we are a Social Enterprise aiming to become a Charity by the end of 2021. Our objective is to continue to raise funds in order to keep creating value in individual's lives, however old they are and whatever background. Everyone deserves to walk with their head held high!
