Head to Toe Inc is a therapy clinic that specializes in working with special needs kids, aged infant-21. We provide therapy in a beautiful 27,000 square foot facility in the heart of Phoenix Arizona. Having started in 2003, we have been able to expand to provide the highest quality services that include Speech, Physical, Occupational, Music, and Behavior therapy all under one roof! We take pride in employing only the highest quality therapists along with improving our facility with the newest equipment that comes out. Along with providing clinic based therapy at our main location at 5314 North 7 street, we have expanded to scottsdale and now Avondale! These Satellite clinics offer the same services and all you have to do is call to make an appointment.
