Head 2 Toe – First Aid/CPR proudly serves all of Southern Ontario, specializing in On-Site Training. We cater to Companies, Groups, and Individual Professionals across all industries, using job specific scenarios.
We've also worked very hard with Red Cross (#1 Globally Recognized Trainer) to instruct Fun & Interactive courses, catered to engage all members. Head 2 Toe offers courses & certifications in the following:
1) CPR/AED Training (Levels A, C & HCP)
2) Emergency First Aid
3) Standard First Aid
4) Emergency Child Care First Aid
5) Standard Child Care First Aid
6) Babysitting (Ages 11-15yrs)

Lisa Smid is one of two Co-founders of Head 2 Toe First Aid/CPR. Lisa is trained & certified as a Primary Care Paramedic in Ontario and is also licensed to instruct First Aid through Red Cross Canada. She see’s first-hand the affects basic first aid can have in an emergency situation. Her work as a skate instructor & camp counsellor has helped her promote fun & safety amongst large groups of youth. It’s Lisa’s hope to educate & empower the general public (of all ages) through First Aid & CPR training.
Isseiah Berhane is the second Co-founder of Head 2 Toe – First Aid/CPR. He’s worked in the electrical utility industry for over 9 years, where safety regulations & procedures allow everyone to go home safe! Isseiah’s worked extensively with youths in the community (football coach, previous YMCA staff) and he believes they are the key to promoting the benefits of First Aid training.
