Headhunters CZ is an internal project Recruit CZ (www.reruit.cz), focused on showcasing and promoting the services of executive search. Headhunting, the direct search of top managers and professional specialists, entails certain rules and emphasis on certain principles. The discretion is key in presentation of bothe a search assignement and personal data. The company (employer) does not want to be known that the ”someone“ is looking for. And given that, we speak mostly to employed candidates, their interest is that no one knew that participating in any competition too. Confidentiality is important because the nature and condition of the whole process of executive search. Marketing project focused on supporting headhunting activities in a “lighter“ form. This project is communicated via the internet, in the professional press, at expert seminars and conferences.
