Headlight Consulting delivers 3 propositions: 1) Consultancy I facilitate you and your team through a challenging situation. Together with the leader(s) of the teams I will design the process and I facilitate the important meetings along the way. Examples of challenges: • Creating shared ambition and get an execution focus on strategic priorities • Breaking through an island culture: helping departments collaborating • Boosting a stranded or stalling project • Finding another way to organize the work to be done • Improving a specific process that has poor output 2) In-company development programs I deliver development programs for consultants to become a trusted advisor, for managers/ leaders to become more effective, more successful and ultimately simply happier. In delivering the programs I collaborate with Thomas van Andel (www.tomicconsulting.nl). 3) Teambuilding trails As nature and outdoor addict I enjoy taking teams on a special trip: a team trail. This is a tailored program addressing the needs of your team and giving the team a collective experience that triggers and will be remembered with a smile. Furthermore I am automating repetetive work using AI tools. I started to do that for my own business, but took on the challenge to develop more generic AI-assistants for consultants, faclitators and trainers.
