Health Education and Development Society (HEADS)

Health Education and Development Society (HEADS) is a non-profit, non-political organization that empowers vulnerable communities through inclusive and sustainable development. We work across sectors—health, education, livelihoods, WASH, protection, and humanitarian assistance—to improve quality of life and build resilient communities, particularly in the face of climate change and emergencies. Our work is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and community-driven approaches. We support skill development, promote gender-sensitive programming, and strengthen social inclusion. HEADS partners with government institutions, NGOs, CBOs, and international donors to deliver impact-focused interventions that foster equity, resilience, peace, and social justice. We are passionate about creating opportunities for youth, advocating for human rights, and advancing holistic community well-being through locally informed, sustainable solutions.
