Healeos is a play on the words healing, light and dawn. Our founder Rashna is a clinical psychologist and a trained EMDR Therapist. At Healeos, using an interplay of research-backed techniques and experientially-learned skills, we walk together to correct faulty patterns and instil healthy coping skills. Mental health isn’t just our passion but also our purpose. The Healeos approach to therapy is more than just eclectic, it's a unique, tailor- made journey for each of the people we have the pleasure of interacting with in this space. Apart from providing one-on-one therapy services, we carry out group therapy sessions and workshops.
