Therefore, each session is approached meeting the client where she/he/they are in their healing process and individualizing treatment. The ultimate goal is to assist clients in making the connection between somatic experiences and mental/emotional barriers/distress in order to understand and heal root traumas resurfacing in present situations. There are a variety of therapy models and techniques used throughout the therapeutic process including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method, Mindfulness, and more.
