I support individuals dealing with chronic health conditions and chronic pain. As a certified coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, I specialize in helping clients manage the complexities of communicating about their chronic illness, coordinating with care teams, managing their energy, and integrating their condition into their lives. With nearly 20 years of personal experience managing endometriosis, I deeply understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges — as well as the difficulties of navigating the healthcare system — that come with living with a chronic and incurable condition. I’ll work 1:1 with you to reclaim your identity, re-engage in life outside of your condition, bring your chronic illness into harmony with the rest of your life, and stop fighting against your body.
