Run by Bernie Wright, a BACP (Accred) Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Qualified Clinical Supervisor and Professional Trainer. Bernie specialises in eating disorders and has spent many years working in this field. Bernie's passion in this area began early on in her client work and was solidified when in 2007 she trained as a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity at The National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED). Over the years she's worked with patients to overcome all forms of eating disorders and more recently has embarked on running training programmes to educate around this illness. Bernie truly believes that in order to properly support those suffering we need to inform those coming into contact with them on a regular basis. For the past three years she have developed training programmes and workshops for professionals and individuals to meet this need and is now focussing exclusively on delivering these sessions.
