It’s our mission to support BIPOC individuals, communities, and organizations by facilitating safe, healing, and connected spaces through o.
We believe in achieving justice through balancing our work & personal lives. We acknowledge our personal, cultural & societal histories come into play, as we strive to achieve justice. Through a process of healing our past, reconciling our present and striving for an envisioned future we can learn to live in peace, happiness, gratitude and abundance. We believe all people should live & work with confidence, care, transparency, creativity, honesty, safety & pleasure.
In our efforts to advocate & change the current systems of marginalization & oppression, we must take active efforts to be creative, curious, explorative & take risks. We embrace imperfection, face our fears w/ a driving passion to re-imagine the world as we would like to see it. We encourage & support the visionaries of an equitable, growing & thriving society, valuing the process as much as the end result.
Our work & our liberation is deeply bound together w/ many communities. We foster relationships & understandings that will allow us to do our work in a way that uplifts all people. We recognize that this requires taking proactive steps to ensure our activities do not unintentionally reproduce the oppression of the dominant system by excluding the needs of women, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, disabled people, or any other group that is often denied voice in the decisions that impact them. We engage in the ongoing practice of solidarity, and remain open to feedback from all communities we touch.
