Healing Bowls

Through the sound, the vibrations that come out from the singing bowls act in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, bringing wellness and making us open to the healing process. We connect with the breathing, lie down, close our eyes and concentrate in the sound that is produced when playing the Bowls, entering into an active meditation state. 12 Singing Bowls made of metal and 7 Crystal Bowls are used, together with tunning forks at 432HZ, cymbal, microphones and speakers, achieving to be immersed in sound. We enjoy the connection with the being, having probably one of the best experiences, by achieving to be here and now. Inhaling, retaining, exhaling, retaining. The sound therapy helps us relax, concentrate and increase creativity. The sound therapy is based in the ressonance principle, in which a more intense or harmonic vibration is spread over a weak, dissonant or non harmonic vibration. The Singing Bowls are also used physically on top of your body. The session cannot be done if you are pregnant, have epilepsy seizures or allergy to metal.
