Founded by Andrea, a passionate mental health counselor and advocate, our mission is to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their mental health challenges and find healing. Since our inception in 2022, we have reached over 1 million people through health awareness content, podcasts, videos, and counseling sessions.
