QUI SOMMES-NOUS ? Nous sommes une communauté qui fonctionne au format hybride, en combinant les attributs d’une communauté de pratique (apprentissage entre les pairs) et ceux d’un think tank (réflexion stratégique). Nous constituons un réseau multidisciplinaire de plus de 100 experts guinéens et africains composé de chercheurs, d’enseignants-chercheurs, de praticiens cliniques et de santé publique, de gestionnaires/managers, de décideurs politiques et de jeunes professionnels.
VISION : Devenir un catalyseur de systèmes de santé apprenants, où l’apprentissage continu alimente les pratiques, les stratégies et les politiques de santé en Guinée et en Afrique.
BUT : Contribuer au renforcement (durable) du système de santé en Guinée et des systèmes de santé d’autres pays en Afrique en facilitant une dynamique d’apprentissage collectif, la co-production et l’utilisation des connaissances pour orienter les pratiques, les stratégies et les politiques de santé.

WHO ARE WE?
We are a community that operates in a hybrid format, combining the attributes of a community of practice (peer learning) with those of a think tank (strategic thinking). We form a multidisciplinary network of over 100 Guinean and African experts, including researchers, academic scholars, clinical and public health practitioners, health managers, policymakers, and young professionals.
VISION:
To become a catalyst for learning health systems, where continuous learning fuels health practices, strategies, and policies in Guinea and across Africa.
GOAL:
To contribute to the (sustainable) strengthening of the health system in Guinea and in other African countries by fostering a dynamic of collective learning, co-production, and the use of knowledge to inform health practices, strategies, and policies.
