HealthdriveNG Problem Statement;-High occurrence of liver diseases especially Hepatitis due to lack of advocacy in Nigeria. Introduction/Problem Analysis;- As at 2016, 40 million Nigerians were estimated to have one liver disease or the other with 23 million infected with Hepatitis. Nigeria is currently the country with the highest number of hepatitis patients. One of the major causes of this high prevalence of Hepatitis is the lack of awareness about liver disease, their causes and prevention strategies. Objectives;- 1. To reduce the prevalence of hepatitis and other liver diseases drastically in Nigeria through social media advocacy, webinars ,seminars and onsite advocacy techniques. 2. To ensure that people with liver diseases are referred to hospitals as early as possible so as to prevent complications. 3. To ensure that bulk of the general public have adequate information about the regular causes and prevention of regular liver diseases such as Hepatitis.
