Healthier Systems

We are a dedicated team of interdisciplinary global health practitioners, seeking to improve health systems and advance health for all. Our team includes practicing clinicians, academics, and policy advisors who bring on-the-ground experience of working in low- and middle-income countries. Collectively, we have authored landmark global reports including Lancet Commissions, the Astana Primary Health Care documents, and WHO guidance. We have worked for the WHO, World Bank, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, G7, and government ministries all over the world. We bring cutting-edge methods expertise in public health, political science, anthropology, economics, social science and medicine. We use the lens of complex adaptive systems to address global health problems. Our mixed-methods approach, academic rigour, nuanced understanding of the global health architecture, and commitment to marginalised populations sets us apart from other consultancies.
