Whether you're a busy family on the go, an individual looking to lose weight or an avid athlete fueling your body-Healthy Momma has options for you. My name is Flossie I am a Navy wife and I have 4 children. I am originally from Brockport, NY, but have lived in Gulfport, MS, Detroit, MI and now we are currently in San Diego, CA. I have my EMT license, AA in Science, BS in Psychology and BS in Biology. I am published in both Genetic Research and Toxicology Research. I received the 2013 Distinguished Research award from the University of Michigan. I was privileged enough to clown with Patch Adams and was well on my way to making my dream of medicine a reality. After ten years of school, I finally applied to medical school. While awaiting attendance, I started meal prepping for several friends after years of doing it for myself. I quickly realized helping others become healthy BEFORE they get to a doctors office may be my calling. Preventative health and wellness is crucial to living a healthy life. I personally have gained and lost over 200+ pregnancy pounds and struggled with my weight loss for a long time. A few years ago my family made a slow transition into a healthy lifestyle eating healthier foods and staying more active. I’m almost back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, and now I am stronger than I ever have been.If I can do it, I know anyone can. I am here to help share tips, recipes and words of encouragement to help others find their way to a healthier, happier and more active life. Healthy Momma Meal Prepping is to help families and individuals with a busy schedule continue to eat healthy. Let me help you to eliminate the chaos of packing lunches, scrambling for dinner or ultimately opting for less than healthy “easy” options. I can meal prep for just you or your entire family. Meals are available in individual portions or family style portions. All meals are made from scratch and made using healthy clean foods. Lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and fresh fruits, vegetables and dairy. NO processed or chemically made options. So let me do all of the cooking, just sit back and enjoy that added time with your loved ones. Here at Healthy-Momma we hire a high number of Military Spouses because I know what it's like being a Navy wife!
