Focusing on the sustainability of team performance is a key success factor in agile transformations. Self-determination, responsibility and autonomy can only develop within the framework of healthy and sustainable work. If this is not available, self-determined teams fall into an acceleration and exhaustion trap. I am Sarah Rietze and work as a Organizational Psychological Consultant and Agile Coach.
