HealthyW8

The HealthyW8 project aims to improve the effectiveness of obesity prevention initiatives in Europe by developing a digital-based healthy lifestyle recommender system. It will tailor interventions to individual needs and preferences, considering diet, physical activity, and psycho-emotional aspects. The project will focus on pivotal stages in individuals' lives where the risk of obesity is high, such as primary schoolchildren, young adults, and the elderly. Funded by the European Union.
