Healy & Healy is a consulting firm, providing management consulting services to a variety of clients since 1985. We specialize in performing internal audit and compliance review services to financial institutions. In many cases, we act as the internal audit staff for the institution and report to management and the Audit/Finance Committee as areas are completed. Our internal audits and reviews consist primarily of operational reviews and risk assessment of the internal controls inherent in the bank. We also provide compliance review services for compliance with State and Federal Banking Regulations. In addition, we provide quality control review services for compliance with investor requirements to many financial institutions and mortgage companies. We review many aspects of all the departments review the risks inherent in the functions and report our findings and recommend potential improvements.
