Kristal Barrett-Stuart is a Holistic health mentor and healing detective who has tried an overwhelming amount of healing modalities during her own 5 year healing journey with chronic Lyme Disease. Kristal is currently studying the mind-body connection to help further understand the connection between what goes on in our heads with what goes on in the physical systems of the body.
