At Hearing First, our mission is to provide gold standard private ear and hearing care. We passionately believe in our "First Class Hearing Care" philosophy, and to be able to provide the best possible care, we feel that our staff must be happy and enjoy what they are doing.
We feel there are several aspects to being happy at work. They are having a good support system, having a good work life balance, and being confident in being able to provide the help that a client needs, whether that be carrying out a procedure, or fitting the latest high tech hearing system.
Our thriving microsuction business means that we don't have to fit hearing aids to people who don't want or need them., and who would frankly be better served by going to the NHS. We don't set sales targets, because if people need hearing aids they will buy from us, and if they don't want them, we will politely explain the benefits of hearing correction and will be here when they feel that they need us.
