HEARO Community College Mentorship Program

What began as a University of Washington CEP capstone project by Unica Le has since grown into HEARO, a thriving mentorship program dedicated to supporting community and technical college students across the WWAMI region (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Idaho). Our main goals are to provide accessible mentorship, resource banks, and supportive programming to community and technical college (CTC) students! Since our launch in 2020, HEARO has connected over 60 mentees with experienced mentors, hosted 20 career readiness workshops, and supported countless CTC students as they foster their academic and personal success. We continue to expand our impact by partnering with educational institutions and community organizations to provide tailored resources and support, empowering the next generation of professionals across the WWAMI region.
