Heart Failure Policy Network

The Heart Failure Policy Network (HFPN) is a multidisciplinary network of healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, policymakers and other stakeholders. It seeks to transform the way European health system leaders view heart failure and to support the heart failure advocacy community to drive meaningful changes in policy and practice. The HFPN is made possible with financial support from AstraZeneca, Roche Diagnostics, Bayer and Netherlands Heart Institute. The content produced by the Network is not biased toward any specific treatment or therapy. All outputs are guided and endorsed by the Network’s members. All members provide their time for free. The Network is hosted by The Health Policy Partnership.
